Exercise became one the most important things in my life when it helped me eliminate daily pain that I endured due to a car accident. It was during this time that I realized how much I enjoy the gym atmosphere, and watching others transform their bodies and lives. Over the years, I have developed a well-rounded approach to health and fitness through experience and continued education. I try to take into consideration all of life’s stresses to give my clients the best results possible. I am driven by the ability to connect with clients of all ages and levels, and the excitement of knowing I can have a positive impact on their lives. If I’m not in the gym, you can catch me out for long walks with my dog or exploring Boston’s latest restaurants.
