Semi-private training combines all the amazing benefits of personal training with the energy and motivation of working in a group. You’ll receive an individualized program, based on your goals, but you’ll work out alongside 2-3 other people. While it’s still a personalized approach, our goal is to help you build confidence and independence in executing your program.
Every new client with our Pure Training program starts with a Strategy Session. It’s our chance to get to know you- goals, workout history, medical history, etc. We also take you through a movement assessment and some basic exercises. All of these things help us build your program moving forward.
