I’m a native New Englander and lifelong athlete. Playing hockey and snowboarding in the winter, soccer and skateboarding in the summer and fall. I began my career as a personal trainer after graduating from Keene State College with a degree in Health & Fitness Promotion. In 2008, I discovered my interest in “barefoot” running and training. Soon after, I began training to run competitively and ran the 2009 Boston Marathon on behalf of Brigham & Women’s Hospital. In addition to running, my passion lies in Kettlebell and TRX training, focusing on core strength, postural balance, and corrective exercise. In 2014 I began teaching Broga Yoga to help clients and students achieve a greater level of physical fitness, body awareness, and stress relief. Whether client’s goals are to get stronger, run faster, lose weight, or rehabilitate from an injury, I work to challenge them to try new forms of exercise to achieve new levels of fitness in the gym and new levels of strength in life. I am focused but fun. I believe that attitude can make even the toughest workout something to look forward to.
