[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″] I have to say my inspiration was initially from wanting to loose weight. In March of last year I was way overweight. I had a fast heart rate, and high blood pressure. Something in me just said its time to change.

My heart is now in a healthy range & all of my tests came back much improved. My attitude has completely changed since I started losing weight. I’m much more positive and so much happier.

I would say today when I see an older person hang up their cane on the side of the treadmill or working with a trainer from their walker I get inspired to keep going. The seniors that work out here are really, really inspiring to me.

So much has changed for me physically. I am able to do so much more in daily life. I literally hadn’t been to a gym in 12 years before I joined the CSC, now I work out 5 days a week.

I love working out with Bill and learning all the new techniques he shows me. He knows where I want to be and he keeps my routines and days when I see him fun & exciting. I’m so happy that I got him when I signed up for the two free sessions, I don’t know how you’d pick a trainer but I feel like he is the perfect one for me. He gets really excited at my successes which makes me proud of what I’ve done even if it’s something not terribly impressive like being able to do walking lunges right.

I don’t usually loose motivation… But if I’m ever feeling like I’m not in the mood I remember how I’m going to feel after, and where I want to be. I’m also terrified of gaining the weight back, so that helps too.
