My biggest challenge? I LOVE FOOD. I have never been one of those people who can view food as fuel and fuel alone. There are a whole host of emotions that go into food for me and sometimes it’s hard to make the healthiest choices.
I’m down 20 lbs since I started training. I am not quite at my goal weight yet, but I am feeling great! By focusing on both my diet and my exercise program, I have more energy and I sleep better – not to mention I am lifting heavier than I ever have in my life.
Training with Shubha has been amazing! She is an excellent motivator and always knows when I can push just a little bit harder. I love how varied our sessions are and that she gives me exercises I definitely wouldn’t think of if I were training on my own.
