There is no magic pill, just joining a gym doesn’t get you where you want to be, but well rounded program will. Your first 30 days of training at CSC, we’ll encourage you to take 3-4 classes per week to build the foundation for a stronger, more powerful version of you.

Since we know this first month is crucial to your success, you’ll gain access to our highest level of training: including 1:1 sessions, small group training and pilates equipment training, all designed to make your body invincible.
After your first month, we’ll help you choose the programs that keep you inspired to accomplish your goals.
