Spartan Race Training at Commonwealth Sports ClubGet Started!

Spartan Race Training is 4 weeks of endurance and strength training to prepare you for the Spartan Race on November 4, 2017. Be prepared to sprint, push, pull, jump, run, climb and crawl your way to spartan status! Training starts October 3, 2017. Sign-up online or at the front desk.

Spartan Race Training includes:

  • Two Group Training workouts each week
  • Tuesdays 6:00 pm
  • Saturdays 10:30 am
  • Plus Trainerize workouts each week

Trainerize is an app that CSC Personal Trainers use to provide you with your fitness program electronically.  You’ll have virtual guidance (videos and helpful links) when you’re working out on your own.

Members need to sign up for the Spartan Race individually, but can sign up under our CSC team name.
