Pure Training HIIT is our signature small group training program at Commonwealth Sports Club. It combines all the amazing benefits of high intensity interval training with the energy of working in a group. High intensity interval training helps boost your metabolism, burn fat and build muscle. You’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish in this 50 minute total body workout.

Anyone looking for that next push in their fitness. You love working hard, getting sweaty, feeling exhausted but accomplished and confident at the end of your workout. New to fitness? No problem, our amazing coaches are there every step of the way to guide and motivate you.
HIIT BURN: Cardio metabolic, fat burning workout. Think two thirds cardio, one third strength. We use treadmills, rowers, medicine balls, or just bodyweight to elevate that heart rate and burn calories. Build lean muscle, tone and sculpt your whole body in the strength complex, utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, and even just bodyweight.
HIIT BUILD: Metabolic strength and conditioning workout. Two thirds strength, one third cardio. Build strength with movement focusing on larger muscle groups, using dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, and bodyweight. Get your heart pumping and energy boosting in the cardio complex.
