LIFT – Lifestyle Inspired Fitness Training designed for women!

Men and women have specific training needs and we’ve put together an option for women that addresses the unique nutritional and exercise needs for every age.

You will learn how to use ALL the equipment in the gym, have fun with it and figure out what you love to do and what you don’t love to do. Every BODY is different and unique so let’s break down the basic steps we all need to follow to begin!

Step 1- Strengthen
Learn the movements properly, do the workouts.

Step 2- Cross Train
Add Pilates and cardio to pull your workouts together, keep your body and yourself engaged, and get strong, lean muscle tone in your arms and legs!

Step 3- Nutrition
Eat the right things and learn WHY they’re the right things. I will give you food prep lists, recipes, nutrition advice and teach you new concepts you may not be aware of. Discover new foods you may like. I’ll pretty much do everything but cook it and serve it to you!

Step 4- Live It
Apply all these components to your every day lifestyle. Patience, positivity, and hard work. Your body will change over time, I promise!

  • One Group Strength Training Session each Tuesday at 6:30pm
  • Two Pilates Group Session each week (choose the best times for your schedule!)

$349 for non-members includes club access during September
