I grew up in a small village in Israel where education was the only emphasized aspect of school. Unfortunately we did not have sports or after school activities that I could partake in. Because of this I had no idea what to think when my brother challenged me to a push-up contest at the age of 14. Surprisingly after the first set of 10 pushups, I was hooked!
Since then, I’ve been part of a university gymnastics team, practiced and competed with a breakdance crew, and am close to attaining my black belt in taekwondo at the Jae H. Kim Taekwondo school in Fenway. I absolutely love bodyweight exercises and really enjoy the freedom of movement that comes with defying gravity or being upside down. My two all-time favorite exercises are pull ups and handstands.
As a Fitness Coach my goal is to help people achieve functional mobility for any and all activities they want to do in their life and hopefully fall in love with exercise and fitness along the way.
