As an instructor, I strive to create an atmosphere that is a safe space, where participants can sweat, have fun, clear their mind, and leave feeling better than when they walked in. That is my goal every class. People rarely regret a workout, but I hope to take it a step further and have people actually look forward and feel excited to go to the gym because this is their “me time.” Group fitness creates a community and a shared experience, but everyone is an individual so I encourage people to push themselves, but also listen to their body and do what feels right that day.

Over the past couple years I have taught a little bit of everything: Barre, Spin, cardio kickboxing, 321-Shred, Mat Pilates, and circuit based classes. As of right now Spin and Barre have become my primary focus and probably my favorite formats to teach, (not to mention they compliment each other cross training wise!). I hope if you have the chance to take one of my classes you leave smiling and feeling better than you did when you walked into the gym. I have always loved the staff and community at CSC, so when offered a position to come on full-time I was eager to accept. Now you can find me not only teaching group fitness, but also working as part of our membership sales team, marketing and events.
