I became a student of movement at a very early age beginning with Pop Warner Football and Little League Baseball. Since then I have always been involved in athletics. My oldest sibling was a tremendous athlete in multiple sports. He would always preach to me the importance of strength and conditioning, and the role that they play in competition.
As I got older I became a solid Football player for South Boston High school, and was captain of the team. From there I played at the collegiate level at Hudson Valley, before transferring to Central Connecticut State University. These experiences have only increased my passion for movement, and I know it will only continue to grow. Currently I am working on becoming a Corrective Exercise Specialist, which will allow me to positively impact even more people. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than helping others in their pursuit to better themselves.
