Safe, effective workout programs are designed by our team of Personal Trainers who have a college degree in the field of exercise science and/or certification by at least one National certifying organization. CSC personal training can be purchased in various package sizes to suit your personal program needs. Try one of our personal training programs or speak with a personal trainer to discuss your options to ensure to meet your goals.

CSC 30 minute express training

Jump Start - Complimentary Sessions

Included in your new CSC membership is a Jump Start Program which includes 2 complimentary sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer. All of our members take advantage of these sessions regardless of their fitness level and find these sessions motivational, educational, and of course, they leave feeling great. Sign-up for these complimentary sessions within the first 30-days of your new membership. The benefits of personal training include: increased motivations; customized workout programs; fast, targeted results; and safe workout programs. People who workout with trainers achieve results. CSC has developed a systematic group training program that gives members the benefits of working with a trainer in a group setting, which can lower the cost of an individual session by 75%.

The smartest way to start your workout program. Whether you're a novice or advanced exerciser, this program will give you the guidance, education, and tools to get results! Professional one-on-one coaching ensures a completely customized program for your goals and lifestyle. Includes 5 one-on-one training sessions, fitness assessment and training log. Need to see results fast? This is the perfect program for you. This 12-week intensive training program will put you on the fast track to achieving your individual fitness goals. Plus, we guarantee results. 12-week packages include 2 training sessions per week, fitness assessments, dietary counseling, and workout guide.

We now offer 8 and 16 week training programs specifically designed to prepare you for 5k and 10k races. Each program includes a day-to-day training schedule for all fitness levels and informational hand-outs with helpful nutritional information for runners and cross training tips. We have joined forces with Boston Performance Coaching to bring CSC members and nonmembers the BEST triathlon training in Boston! Programs are designed for novice and intermediate tri-athletes by Certified Triathlon Coaches and a Certified Personal Trainer.
