- Aqua Aerobics (10:00am–11:00am) — Instructor: Karin — Studio: PoolA great cardiovascular workout! Rhythmic patterns of movement are conducted with the option of neutral and suspended positions.
- Classic Pilates Mat Plus (5:30pm–6:30pm) — Instructor: Maria — Studio: LargeA quicker more intense mat workout. Props may be used to increase body awareness, as well as build intesity. This class is advanced, prior exprience is necessary.
- Spinning® (6:00pm – 7:00pm) — Instructor: Laura — Studio: SpinningIndoor Stationary cycling workout designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and lower body strength.
- J.C.K. (6:30pm – 7:30pm) — Instructor: Maria — Studio: LargeJab. Cross. Kick. Follow a one minute circuit of cardio and strength training exercises.
- Classic pilates mat plus (7:30pm – 8:30pm) — Instructor: Eric — Studio: Pure PilatesA quicker more intense mat workout. Props may be used to increase body awareness, as well as build intesity. This class is advanced, prior exprience is necessary.

- Yoga (10:30am –11:45am) — Instructor: Anna — Studio: LargeThis slower paced yoga class takes a mindful and gentle approach. Perfect for those who are interested in adding yoga to their routine.
- Tai Chi/Qigong (5:00pm – 6:00pm) — Instructor: Rick — Studio: LargeIncrease awareness of your body and mind. De-stress through gentle, flowing movements with corresponding breathing techniques.

- Iyengar Yoga (8:00pm–9:30pm) — Instructor: Michael — Studio: LargeStructured approach to yoga with emphasis on alignment and strength. Specific postures are performed in a challenging approach. Postures are modified for all levels.

This mat class is structured to achieve proper form and technique through tactile and verbal cueing. Experience in this class is helpful but not necessary.
- Body Sculpt (11:30am – 12:30pm) — Instructor: Patricia — Studio: LargeStrengthen and tone your muscles with free weights, body weight, and bands in this total body strength class.
- Active Yoga (12:30pm – 1:30pm) — Instructor: Patricia — Studio: LargeFitness based Hatha Yoga poses taught with the breath and body flowing together to create an active yoga workout. This class is 45 minutes.
Sunday

- Classic pilates mat (11:45am–12:30pm) — Instructor: Amy — Studio: LargePilates develops the deepest core muscles using a series of exercises that strengthen and tone.
